Free Group Reiki Healing Circle

Fear, tragedy and adversity have taken center stage in the news recently, and with all of the bad news it can be hard to find any feelings of peace and calm. Join us on Sat, Oct 14, for a free one hour group Reiki circle at Piccadilly Pittsburgh.
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation, which focuses on the subtle energy fields of the body. When the body is relaxed it not only promotes health and well being, but also a more balanced, peaceful state of mind. We will also learn a mindfulness and breathing technique to help calm the nervous system. After the session, you can head back out into the world again with some new tools to remain calm.
